PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Composite Alum
is a high quality Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic and Manufacture
guaranteed. Manufactured by an automatic and oven cured system fully
supported by Duralite Technologies Machine USA.
Composite Alum especially developed resistant to weathering change, UV light, chemicals corrisive vapor and corrosive environmental area.
Different to conventional fiberglass roofing, Composite Alum
Composed by two main material, Polymer especially developed for roofing
sheet, with UV stabiller and E Glass grade ex USA as reinforcement
layer and both on the exposed and under side protected by a high quality
PE Plastic film 20 micron. Choose E Grade Glass is the quality
commitment, E Glass grade has a high mechanical properties and reach at
least 30% glass content by weight.
Composite Alum
adalah atap fiberglass reinforced plastic berkualitas dan bergaransi.
Dibuat dengan mesin Duralite Technologies USA, otomatis dan system oven
curing. Menghasilkan atap fiberglass berkualitas dan berkapasitas
produksi tinggi.
Composite Alum
dikembangkan secara khusus untuk tahan terhadap perubahan cuaca, sinar
ultra violet dan korosi karena uap kimia di pabrik, dan lingkungan
korosif lainnya.
Berbeda dengan atap fiberglass konvensional pada umumnya, Composite Alum
dibuat dengan komposisi material pilihan, yaitu: polymer yang
dikembangkan khusus hanya untuk aplikasi atap yang mengandung anti UV
dan glass reinforcement E Grade Glass, ex USA dan pada kedua permukaan
dilindungi dengan plastic film 20 micron berkualitas tinggi.
Composite Alum
menggunakan E Grade Glass ex USA, karena glass tersebut sangat sempurna
menyerap polymer resin, sehingga atap tidak akan keropos, serabut dan
memiliki kekuatan mekanis yang tinggi.
